Easter Egg Fortunes!

These little buggers are time consuming, but ridiculously cute!

We started by hollowing out our eggs.
We poked a hole on the top and bottom and blew out the egg...made a great scramble!
We wanted to add a little surprise on the inside with a pop of color.
To do that, we used a dropper with food coloring and a bit of vinegar and prayed it would work.
Some food coloring got on the outside shell, but we cleaned it with a q-tip and bleach.

We let our eggs dry overnight, printed and cut our fortunes so they were ready to be stuffed in the morning.
Rolled those babies up and stuck them inside.

We weren't expecting the insides to come out as spotted as they did, but we love it!

No, seriously.
Go peep yourself.
