Lemon-ly Deliciousness.

Set it and forget it.
This is the perfect recipe for a no fuss dessert!

Slow Cooker Lemon Spoon Cake

5-6 lemons
1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 stick of melted butter
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup lemon juice (plus 2 tablespoons for glaze)
1 1/2 tablespoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice from above
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup powdered sugar

In a large bowl, mix cake mix, lemon juice, water, eggs, melted butter and lemon zest with a spoon.  
Be careful of over mixing, it's okay if it's a little lumpy!

Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour batter into slow cooker and smooth down evenly.
Cook on high 1 1/2 hours or until center of the cake is firm.  
Mix glaze ingredients in a small bowl with spoon.

Before serving pour glaze over cake and serve with vanilla ice cream!
